Swimming from the morning till evening! Cool to the max!(Fats burn fats burn!)
Lijie, Eunice, Yenton, Seetoh, Clarice, Natasha, Gina and coach really rocks upside down, downside up!
Wheee love them to the max.
Did lots and lots and lots of plunge in. I am serious about it. Alot!
Now i am dead beat, i am feeling very warm ):
Muk kexin went to visit us too!

Yeah so today was just swimming, pepperlunch , walking fast fast like some crazy cows and nothing else! :D
